We’re Still Here!

It’s been a while since you’ve heard from us—our last post was way back in June, and since then, life has been keeping us busy. Between non-synchronized vacations, busy work schedules, and family commitments, we haven’t had the chance to play any shows or even rehearse.

But hey, we do this out of pure passion for the music, and sometimes life throws a wrench in the works. Just so you know, GumboGumbo is still very much alive! We met up this week, shared some beers, had a great time, and we can assure you the passion, drive, and friendship are as strong as ever.

We’re starting rehearsals again in October, and while the toughest part is landing gigs, we’re determined to make it happen. We’re also working on a new single that we plan to release before the end of the year—and trust us, there’s a lot more that goes into that than just playing the music!

The current times expect us to be content creators, but our content is and always will be music. We’re musicians first and foremost, and that’s how it will stay. Thanks for sticking with us, and we can’t wait to bring more music your way soon!
